Arsenal will travel to Barcelona and host OL Lyonnes in the 2026/27 Women’s Champions League league phase. UEFA’s draw in Nyon on 4 September assigned six opponents to each of the 18 participating clubs.

Three home games and three away

Arsenal’s other home opponents are Benfica and HB Køge. Their away programme comprises Barcelona, Paris FC and Inter. That list identifies the home and away assignments; it is not the order in which the fixtures will be played.

Each club faces six opponents, rather than repeatedly meeting the same small group of teams. The three home matches and three away matches contribute to the league-phase standings.

Two routes to the quarter-finals

After six matchdays, the top four teams advance directly to the quarter-finals. Those finishing from fifth to 12th enter knockout play-offs, which determine the other four quarter-final places.

The contest therefore has more than one important dividing line. A top-four finish brings the additional benefit of avoiding the play-off round, a distinction worth keeping in mind as the table develops.

Check individual fixture details

UEFA lists the opening matchday for 22–23 September and the last league-phase matchday for 16 December. Supporters should check individual match dates and kick-off times in UEFA’s official fixture list, rather than treating the ordering of opponents in the draw announcement as a fixture list.
