Da Nang reports action on eight publicly owned properties left vacant for more than 12 months, following inspection findings. VietnamPlus says five were recovered and assigned to the Land Fund Development Centre, while one was transferred to Tien Phuoc commune for public use. Two lottery-company sites are entering investment procedures: construction began at one in September, and the other is seeking a building permit. The sites are at different stages of redevelopment and operation.
