SOOBIN, Binz, Rhymastic, Cường Seven and other SS Label artists will not perform at Sao Concert on October 10, Tuổi Trẻ reports. The label said necessary cooperation conditions had not been met, without specifying which terms were involved. Organizers subsequently apologized and announced a refund-registration channel for the artists' audience. The announcement changes the lineup and establishes a refund policy, but does not show that every request has been processed or that all buyers have received payment.
