The procurement covers the senior team's September 21–October 7 camp and the U16 team's September 14–October 1 camp at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center. Separate item lists accompany the notice and include medicines and medical support materials.
Applicants must have valid legal status and the required capabilities. Quotations and related documents may be delivered in person, by email or by courier to VFF's Sports Medicine Department in Hanoi.
The federation will evaluate submissions and select a supplier meeting its requirements. Detailed work arrangements will be discussed with the provider whose quotation is approved. The notice invites proposals and does not announce a selected contractor.
