Jamie Carragher believes Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea could face greater pressure to challenge for the title if Manchester City receive a severe financial-rules sanction. He considers Arsenal particularly well placed to benefit. The comments present Carragher’s assessment of possible consequences; they do not announce a final punishment or the redistribution of past titles.
