Vietnam's badminton team completed all its events at the 20th Asian Games without a medal, according to the country's sports authority. A highlight was Nguyen Dinh Hoang and Tran Dinh Manh becoming the first Vietnamese men's doubles pair to reach the Games quarterfinals before losing to Indonesian opponents.
Nguyen Thuy Linh and Nguyen Hai Dang had also ended their singles campaigns. This is a completed-tournament summary for Vietnam's badminton team, not notice of another upcoming match.
