Kosy chairman Nguyễn Việt Cường disclosed that brokers sold just 810 of his shares through forced liquidation in October's first week, VnExpress reports. That was a small fraction of his holding of more than 72.3 million shares, as large sell orders at KOS's floor price met limited demand. Several brokers have announced collateral-sale plans. Planned volumes should be distinguished from completed trades, and the reported liquidation does not itself establish unlawful conduct.
