A wholly owned Masan Group subsidiary plans to purchase up to 73 million Masan Consumer shares over 15 days starting October 9, VnExpress reports. The proposed transactions, through negotiated deals and exchange matching on HoSE, would raise its MCH holding from approximately 69.4% to 74.9%. Masan says funding will draw on dividends and existing resources. The near-75% ownership level is the intended post-transaction position, rather than a confirmed completed acquisition.
