Brisbane 2032 has unveiled Olympic and Paralympic emblems inspired by local cockatoos, SGGP reports, citing the IOC. The designs combine the Games' name with the Olympic rings or Paralympic Agitos and incorporate references to Queensland's outline and the torch. The arrangement of feathers also evokes the number 32. The visual identity marks a step in preparations for Australia's Games. It is an emblem launch and should not be confused with the unveiling of a mascot.
