The Kuala Lumpur City defender and former Tottenham youth player is still awaiting administrative checks and a decision by the relevant authorities. FAM president Ab Ghani Hassan confirmed that the documents were being processed. A Malaysia call-up would depend on citizenship being granted and all international eligibility requirements being met.
