FIFA has ordered Thanh Hoa to pay Rimario $305,000 in outstanding wages, bonuses and signing fees, plus 5% annual interest from June 18, 2026. If the club does not appeal and fails to pay within 45 days of receiving the detailed decision, it would face a three-window registration ban; the ban is a conditional consequence, not an active sanction.

FIFA has ordered Thanh Hóa to pay Rimario USD305,000 in outstanding wages, bonuses and signing fees, plus annual interest of 5% from June 18, 2026, VnExpress reported. The decision was sent on September 10.
If the club does not appeal, it has 45 days from receiving the detailed decision to pay. Missing that deadline would trigger a ban on registering new players for three transfer windows. The ban is a conditional consequence, rather than a currently active sanction.
