Gia Lai has issued Plan 382/KH-UBND for agricultural and environmental biotechnology development over 2026–2035, with a vision to 2045. Priorities include improved crop and livestock varieties, microbial products and treatment of by-products and waste. Research, technology transfer and workforce development are intended to support greener, circular agriculture. Issuing the plan establishes the direction but does not mean every model and technology it describes has already been fully implemented.
