Vietnam's 2026 national youth skating championship concluded after two days with 112 athletes from six provinces and cities.
Bao Van Hoa described it as the event's largest entry. Tran Khanh Linh's return and victory in Junior-Senior Solo Ice Dance featured among the results.

Le Chau Giang won Preliminary Open Level, Tran Bao Han led Elementary Open Level and Hoang Minh Thi won Basic Novice Single Skating.
Bui Tan Tai and Vu Le Khanh Chi topped the men's and women's Junior Single Skating categories.
In speed skating, Nguyen Hung Khanh and Truong Dang Han Di led the respective boys' and girls' Junior D 300m and 500m events.
Nguyen Phi Long and Kim Minh Anh won the corresponding Junior A 500m and 1,000m races. Doan Minh Nhat led Junior B boys' 500m and 700m, while a Ha Noi team won the mixed relay.
A return through Solo Ice Dance
Khanh Linh, also known as Chieu Linh, had previously moved into coaching after injury and training difficulties.
She told Bao Van Hoa that working with her current coach and discovering Solo Ice Dance helped restore her motivation.
Her programme included Vietnamese cultural elements and was developed over about three months.
Winning the combined Junior-Senior category marked a step in her return and transition between levels.
The closing results also gave the wider group of young skaters further competition experience across several disciplines and age categories.
