Hai Phong is preparing a dossier asking UNESCO to associate with the 700th anniversary of physician and Buddhist monk Tue Tinh's birth in 2030. Field research and document collection are planned for October–December 2026, followed by studies and conferences in 2027. The dossier will examine his contributions and the wider influence of his heritage. The initiative remains an application-preparation process and does not establish that UNESCO has approved the proposed commemoration.
