Pandora has begun operating its US$150 million jewellery factory at VSIP III in Vietnam, VnExpress reports. The company says the facility uses recycled silver and gold and renewable electricity.
It had 735 employees at startup and expects to reach 1,000 by year-end. The projected 7,000 workers and annual output of 60 million pieces relate to future full-capacity operations, not the scale already achieved when production began.
