Hsiao Yu-Wen is among Cathay Life's players to watch ahead of the 2026 FIBA WBL Asia in Bengaluru, FIBA's 12 October profile says. The centre averaged 13.9 points and 11.2 rebounds in the 2025/26 WSBL season, earning individual honours and contributing to Cathay's title. Her team joins Sichuan and Akari Sparks in its group from 20 October. Those domestic statistics describe a completed season, rather than results in the forthcoming Asian competition.
