At a voter meeting in Điện Biên, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Văn Thắng called for resources to be mobilised towards Vietnam's 2026 targets, the Government News portal reports. He asked localities to update growth scenarios, review projects and resolve production and investment obstacles. Voters raised infrastructure, administrative and grassroots staffing concerns. The aim of fully disbursing planned public investment is a policy objective, rather than confirmation that all allocated capital has already been spent.
