Construction has begun on Hanoi’s Dong Xuan–Bac Qua Cultural Industry Center, Bao Van Hoa reports. The project covers approximately 3,862 square meters at 17 Nguyen Thien Thuat and 40 Thanh Ha, with an emphasis on renovating existing buildings. Planned functions include creative workspaces, exhibitions, performances, education and community activities. Hoan Kiem ward has called for management and programming plans to be developed alongside construction in preparation for future operation.
