Middle Eastern oil exports have recovered to around 80% of their pre-conflict level, Shell chief executive Wael Sawan estimated at an energy forum in London on October 6, VietnamPlus reported. He credited regional producers' efforts to keep supplies moving with easing some pressure. However, tracking cargoes remains difficult when ships switch off satellite signals, leaving uncertainty around precise flows. Sawan also warned that a prolonged disruption could create further risks. His estimate does not indicate a complete return to normal supply conditions.
