Nguyen Cao Minh Anh placed second runner-up, or third, in the Best Talent round of Miss International Queen 2026 with a dance performance. That was a preliminary award, separate from the overall result.
Vietnam's representative also presented Lam mong, a costume inspired by butterfly season in Cuc Phuong National Park, highlighting biodiversity and conservation.
Final result on September 19
Tuổi Trẻ reported on September 20 that Minh Anh reached the overall top 12 but did not advance to the top six. Lo Colby of the United States won the crown. Minh Anh also received the Miss Sexy Body award.
