Huế’s Department of Industry and Trade and eComDX held an e-commerce training conference on October 9, the Ministry of Industry and Trade reports. Local officials, businesses, cooperatives, household sellers and students attended sessions on regulations, commune-level implementation and digital commerce skills. Speakers also discussed short-form content for promoting local products. The programme aims to improve capability and market connections; the event report does not provide post-training sales results.
