Nguyen Quynh Anh won Miss Universe Vietnam 2026 at the October 2 final in Hai Phong. VnExpress reported that the 27-year-old model received the crown from Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen after the performance and interview rounds. Quynh Anh had been first runner-up in 2024 and returned two years later. The title gives her the opportunity to represent Vietnam at the 75th Miss Universe, scheduled for Puerto Rico in November.
