Michael Olise has directly contributed to 17 France goals in 2026, according to Opta figures cited by BongdaPlus. His total consists of seven goals and ten assists after a two-goal performance in the 4-1 win over Belgium. That leaves him two contributions short of Thierry Henry's 19 in 2003, described in the report as the best calendar-year total by a France player since the start of the 21st century. Olise is approaching the benchmark, but has not yet equalled or surpassed it.
