Le Thai Sam returned as Bamboo Airways' chairman and legal representative on September 30, according to the airline's updated business registration. Chief executive Truong Phuong Thanh previously held the legal representative role.
Sam had stepped down as chairman in November 2025 after the investor group he represented handed management to FLC. The latest registration records a governance and representation change; it does not in itself establish that all of the airline's restructuring issues have been resolved.
