Cristiano Ronaldo reached 980 career goals as Al Nassr defeated Al Diriyah 3-0 in the eighth round of the Saudi Pro League, VnExpress reported. He opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, converting the rebound from a Kingsley Coman shot. Samu and Coman added the other goals as Al Nassr moved into second place with 19 points from eight games. Ronaldo is now 20 goals short of 1,000, with no fixed date for reaching that milestone.
