Tay Ninh's provincial administration and VCCI exchanged a cooperation memorandum on improving the investment climate and supporting businesses at an October 6 gathering, Bao Chinh phu reported. The province said it has more than 37,000 enterprises with combined registered capital exceeding VND960 trillion. Local leaders pledged closer dialogue, infrastructure preparation and better investor services. The province estimated nine-month GRDP growth at 10.3%. That figure is an estimate for the reporting period, while the commitments on business conditions describe continuing work rather than completed outcomes.
