The 2026 selection emphasised legal compliance, management innovation, digital transformation, environmental standards and community contributions. City officials called on departments to help address business obstacles. Held for Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day, the city-level ceremony was a separate event from the national business meeting in Hanoi the previous day.
