Can Tho’s Billiards and Snooker Federation was established at a September 30 congress for its first 2026–2031 term. Thanh Nien said 70 delegates elected a 21-member executive committee chaired by Huynh An Hung.
The federation plans more professional development and a wider system of championships, youth events, club cups and open tournaments. These are objectives for the term. Establishment and leadership selection are complete, while the proposed competitions remain to be organized.
