Truong Trong Hieu has unveiled Vu hoa dong thang, the national costume he plans to present at Mister Global 2026 in Thailand, Tuoi Tre reported. Designed by Nguyen Hung Bao and artisans, it draws on the legend of Chu Dong Tu and includes Dong Son bronze-drum and lac-bird motifs. The roughly 15 kg costume took more than 60 days to create, with extensive handcrafted detail. Hieu said he wanted the presentation to tell a story of cultural origins. The final is scheduled for October 10, with no award established by the costume announcement.
