Vietnam’s Ministry of Construction presented 29 priority expressway projects seeking public-private partnership investment for 2026–2030 at an investment promotion event on September 29. Bao Chinh Phu reported that the projects have an estimated combined investment requirement of VND922.812 trillion.
The list is intended to widen opportunities for private capital to support transport infrastructure amid substantial funding needs. Its presentation marks an investment promotion step: the estimated amount describes the proposed portfolio’s capital requirement and does not mean all funding has been secured or construction has begun on all 29 projects.
