Public investment disbursement through September 24, 2026 reached VND567.7761 trillion, or 55.5% of the prime minister's assigned plan, Báo Chính phủ reports, citing the Ministry of Finance. Twenty-five ministries or central agencies and 14 localities were below the national average rate.
