Kido announced on September 29 that AIRO would expand from AI advertising and sales support into entertainment development, production and distribution. VnExpress reported that Kido owns 51% of the venture with Chinese technology partner Yuguang Tongchen, with Tran Le Nguyen as AIRO chairman.
The company plans about 200 AI-assisted short films in 2027 at a projected average cost of US$10,000–20,000 each. An initial estimate of VND25 billion in monthly revenue depends on market acceptance. The production, cost and revenue figures are business plans, rather than achieved results.
