An Giang recorded GRDP growth of 10.28% in the third quarter and 9.23% over the first nine months, VietnamPlus reported. The province is prioritizing public investment, stalled-project resolution, tourism and production in the fourth quarter as it pursues full-year growth of at least 10.71%. For APEC 2027 preparations, officials said 20 of 21 projects had enough land available for handover to investors for construction. That is a land-readiness milestone, not confirmation that the facilities are finished. The 10.71% figure likewise remains an annual target rather than an achieved result.
