Arsenal have published Disability Access ticket arrangements for their home Premier League match against Brentford. The club lists kick-off at 19:30 UK time on 5 January 2027, equivalent to 02:30 on 6 January in Vietnam.
Ballot and purchase windows
Registration opens at 10:00 UK time on 13 November and closes at 12:00 on 16 November. Eligible members may enter individually or in groups of up to four. Arsenal says entering earlier or later within the window does not change the chance of success.
Results will be sent by email by 14:00 on 17 November. Successful applicants can buy tickets between 10:00 on 18 November and 10:00 on 19 November, all UK times. A complimentary personal-assistant ticket is included subject to eligibility.
Disability Access members are instructed not to enter through the standard online-account ballot process. Successful applicants subsequently use their accounts to purchase during the priority window.
Digital tickets and stadium access
Tickets are loaded onto the member's digital pass through the official Arsenal app. After the pass is added to an Apple or Android wallet, match tickets generally appear approximately a week before the fixture.
Eligible supporters must enter the stadium with their personal assistant. Disability Access members wishing to list tickets for a sold-out match on Ticket Exchange use a dedicated form for the liaison team to process.
Accessible parking bookings open on 25 November and close when spaces are filled. The next step in the ticket process is the ballot opening on 13 November.
