Resolution 299/NQ-CP adds priorities and tasks to Vietnam's government action programme implementing Resolution 80-NQ/TW on cultural development. It positions culture as a foundation, an internal resource and a driver of growth.
The priorities connect conservation with creativity, develop physical and digital cultural spaces, and strengthen Vietnamese data, platforms and content. Seven tasks are added, encouraging business and community participation. This updates an implementation programme; it is distinct from Culture Day organising instructions and does not report completed tasks.
