The government has set fourth-quarter growth scenarios under Resolution 312, with nine provinces and cities required to exceed 15%, VnExpress reports. The targets include 18.41% for Lạng Sơn and 16.55% for Hanoi, while Ho Chi Minh City's figure is 13.23%. They support a national annual GDP growth goal of 10%, following 9.01% growth in the first nine months. These are targets, not achieved results; local authorities are being asked to review projects and address production constraints.
