Cultural Cosplay brought 16 performances to the second World Culture Festival in Hanoi. Led by VTC, the programme combined costume design, makeup, prop-making and stage performance as ways for young people to engage with culture. Characters from comics, films and games supplied creative material. The event offered a space for exchange and personal expression, connecting international influences with Vietnamese identity rather than limiting the activity to a display of costumes.
