Vietnam's sepak takraw, wrestling, jujitsu, men's volleyball, archery and taekwondo teams returned through Noi Bai airport on October 4 after the Asian Games. Sports officials, training organisations, local representatives and relatives welcomed the delegation. The women's sepak takraw team received recognition for gold medals in the women's doubles and four-player events. The reception marked the athletes' return and did not add any medals to the previously established competition tally.
