FIBA has finalised venues and tip-off times for the fifth window of the 2027 Basketball World Cup European Qualifiers. Second-round games run from 26–30 November, with each national team playing twice. The top three in every group qualify, providing 12 European places overall. Türkiye became the region's first qualified team in the previous window. November's matches remain upcoming, and the remaining World Cup berths have not all been decided.
