French director Pierre Le Gall's “Flesh and Fuel” won the narrative-film Golden Eye at the 22nd Zurich Film Festival, Variety reported. Le Gall's feature debut, featuring Alexis Manenti, follows a romance between a French truck driver and a Polish man. The documentary Golden Eye went to Pete Muller's “Bucks Harbor.” Both categories are reserved for directors' first, second or third films, recognising emerging voices in cinema.
