PNJ said chairwoman Cao Thi Ngoc Dung and her family have disbursed about VND 700 billion in loans to the company, according to an investor report cited by VnExpress. The funds are intended for working capital and raw materials ahead of peak trading periods.

The disbursement is part of a previously announced lending commitment, not a new equity investment. PNJ said the loan is unsecured and has a maximum term of 12 months.
