Vietnam's State Treasury has reduced its government bond auction plan from VND500 trillion to VND400 trillion, VnExpress reports from the 12 October announcement. The final-quarter plan is VND100 trillion, half of it in ten-year bonds. The source records about VND316 trillion raised so far this year. The revision changes the issuance target; it does not mean the entire revised amount has already been issued or that all future auctions are cancelled.
