Vietnam’s Finance Ministry said it is preparing a non-deal roadshow with the State Bank, stressing that the investor meetings will not include an international bond sale. The outreach will cover macroeconomic conditions, fiscal and monetary policy, and public-debt management.
Any future issuance would require a government decision on size, maturity and timing, based on development-funding needs and capital-market conditions at home and abroad. The ministry also plans talks with rating agencies under a programme targeting investment-grade status.
