Hanoi agreement supports free broadcasts of Vietnamese films

Hanoi’s press and broadcasting agency signed a cooperation agreement with the Cinema Department on September 29 to select and regularly broadcast Vietnamese films free of charge, Tuoi Tre reported. The planned selection includes features, documentaries and animation.
Em be Ha Noi, Canh dong hoang and other archived films were among the titles discussed. Screenings will be introduced with historical context or artistic details. The agreement concerns broadcasts on the agency’s channels and related promotion.
