Hanoi launched a series of activities marking Vietnam Culture Day 2026 at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism on October 3, Báo Văn Hóa reported. The programme leads towards November 24 and implements national and municipal cultural-development priorities. Activities combine presentations of traditional values with public experiences. The launch begins the event programme and is intended to create more opportunities for residents to engage with cultural life.
