Regional Customs Sub-department III collected VND74.4278 trillion in budget revenue during the first nine months of 2026, VietnamPlus reported. The total represented 88.4% of its centrally assigned target and was 19.3% higher than a year earlier. In September, the unit processed 240,736 declarations covering $13.9 billion in trade, including $7.7 billion of imports and $6.2 billion of exports. These figures describe the customs unit's jurisdiction, rather than all budget revenue in Hai Phong or nationwide customs collections.
