A northern regional industrial-promotion conference in Hai Phong on October 1 reviewed nine-month progress and year-end tasks. The Industry and Trade Ministry's portal says programmes continue to help rural industrial businesses renew machinery, develop products and improve production capacity. Localities were urged to coordinate resources and accelerate projects to fulfil the 2026 plan. Completion of all assigned projects remains a target for the remaining period.
