Matches in the final round of the 2026 national women's championship at Cửa Ông and Ngãi Giao will begin at 3pm instead of 4pm. VFF's notice number 10 says the change is intended to facilitate award-ceremony arrangements.
The adjustment concerns the kick-off time at the two named venues in round XIV of the Thái Sơn Bắc Cup competition.
Two fixtures start an hour earlier
The preceding award-ceremony plan, notice number nine, listed Than KSVN against Hà Nội I at Cửa Ông and TP HCM I against Phong Phú Hà Nam at Ngãi Giao on 23 October. Both fixtures were shown with 4pm starts.
The latest notice brings the relevant venue starts forward by one hour. Clubs, teams, match supervisors, referees and participating units have been informed so that the revised times can be implemented.
Award arrangements provide the context
Notice nine had allocated presentations across several grounds according to competition regulations and sporting results. Its Cửa Ông programme included second- or third-place awards and other prizes. The Ngãi Giao programme for 23 October referred to other awards after the match.
That earlier document also listed TP HCM II against Thái Nguyên T&T at Thành Long with a 3pm kick-off. Thành Long is not one of the two venues changed by notice ten. Read together, the notices identify a specific update to the final-round programme: earlier starts at Cửa Ông and Ngãi Giao to support the organisation of presentations.
