Lee Woo-seok beat Japan's Junya Nakanishi 6–2 in the men's individual recurve archery final at the 2026 Asian Games, SGGP reported. It was Lee's second gold at the Games after the men's team title. South Korea nevertheless finished archery with three gold, three silver and three bronze medals, below its previous Games tally. India led with five golds and extended its success into recurve events, increasing competition in a discipline traditionally strong for South Korea.
