Đặng Công Đức finished fourth in the Asian Games men's individual compound archery event, Báo Văn Hóa reports. After reaching the semifinals, he lost 144-145 to Chang Cheng Wei and moved into the bronze-medal match.
Công Đức then lost 144-149 to India's Thirumuru Ganesh Mani Ratnam. Reaching the last four was a notable performance, but it did not yield a medal for Vietnam in this event.
